“QUANTUM EARTH” was filed as a trademark because the
previous entity, Digital Utilities Corporation was heading for a trademark
collision with a group that had filed “Digital Utility.” It was determined that even putting up a
website with “Digital Utilities Corporation” could violate the other group’s
rights. This precipitated a name change
to Quantum Earth Corporation and the filing of the “QUANTUM EARTH” trademarks
